Id-photo cutter, a handy device that is specially designed to quickly and accurately cut passport photos to the correct size (35×45) that meets the Dutch requirements for official documents.
The cutter works with a simple lever or pressure mechanism. Once the photo is correctly aligned, you only have to press the lever down to cut the photo exactly to the desired size.
